Our goal is to ship out orders that have been placed and paid for the same day. However, due to situations like missed shipment cut-off times, holidays, weekends, and other events out of our control, your shipment may be fulfilled 1-2 business days after an order is placed.

Shipping Outside the Contiguous 48 States

While we do not ship directly outside the 48 united states, we can work with your freight forwarder to accommodate your orders. You, the customer, are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and other additional fees applied upon export. The freight forwarder is responsible for inspecting the packages before accepting to deliver them. Once the packages are accepted by the freight forwarder, WEIZE is not responsible for any damage or loss of the packages.We do not ship our products to the following:

  • P.O. boxes
  • Military APO
  • States/territories outside the contiguous U.S. including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands

Out-of-Stock/Back-Ordered Products Policy


If your order includes out-of-stock items, the remaining in-stock items will be shipped as soon as the order is paid for. Back-ordered items will be sent to you via ground shipping at no additional charge when the stock is replenished. You can request the order to be shipped in one batch when all items are available.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been shipped, contact our customer service department at inquiry@weizeus.com or call (562)456-0507. We will do our best to assist you in a timely fashion. Special order items and items marked as shipped cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Returned items are subject to restocking fees. If an order cannot be canceled, you will be able to return eligible items, shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy:

Our return policy allows you 30 days from the date of item delivery to request a return. Please note that returns are not accepted after this 30-day period.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, including all items inside the box and in their original packaging. Customers are required to provide photos and videos of the products and boxes. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at inquiry@weizeus.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

Important Note:

  1. Used items can only be returned if there are quality issues.
  2. Customers are responsible for processing and shipping costs for both delivery and return if they purchase the wrong product or no longer want it.

Procedure Reminder:

Ensure you request a return before sending back items. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. WEIZE is not liable for the shipping costs incurred by customers returning packages without authorization.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items that fall under the following categories are non-returnable:

  1. Giveaways or free items
  2. Used items
  3. Items damaged due to human causes
  4. Products from unauthorized resellers
  5. Items in large orders

Defective or Damaged Products:

If the product is defective or damaged, please provide photos or videos to our customer service within 10 days of receiving the goods. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs. Failure to do so within 10 days or a lack of response will make the buyer responsible for any loss.

Return Process:

Upon receiving returned items, we will verify the product's condition within 2-3 business days and initiate a refund within the next 3 business days. We will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund.

Limited Warranty:

WEIZE comes with a 1-year/2-year/5-year/10-year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty is only applicable to original purchasers and starts on the purchase date. It does not extend if the product is repaired or replaced.

The Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repair, external causes beyond our control, or force majeure events (e.g., fire, earthquake, lightning, water damage).

3-Stage Low-Temperature Protection

The battery operates reliably under discharge conditions from -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C) and charges safely between 32°F and 113°F (0°C to 45°C). For storage, maintain temperatures between 23°F and 113°F (-5°C to 45°C). These specifications ensure dependable performance in winter conditions or during off-grid storage, making the battery ideal for RVs, marine, and solar applications.

Battery Won't Discharge

1. Ensure the battery is securely connected.
2. Verify the positive and negative terminals are properly connected.
3. Check if the battery voltage is above 12V; charge if below.
4. Confirm the load voltage matches the battery.
5. Ensure the load current is below 100A.
6. Verify the discharge temperature is between -15°C and +55°C.

Battery Won't Charge

1. Ensure the battery is securely connected.
2. Verify correct terminal connections.
3. Check if the charging voltage and parameters match the battery.
4. Ensure charging current is below 100A.
5. If voltage is under 9V, use a charger with 0V charging function.
6. Ensure the charging environment is between 0°C and +45°C.
7. After over-discharge protection, disconnect the load and wait for voltage recovery, or use a charger with 0V charging function.

Battery Heats Up

1. Ensure secure connections; avoid clamping screws for discharge.
2. Verify the battery cable matches the working current (4AWG recommended).
3. Ensure the load power does not exceed 1280W.
4. Maintain a working temperature below 55°C.

Battery Does Not Hold Charge

1. Ensure the battery is properly charged before use.
2. Check if the battery is too old or degraded; consider replacing if necessary.
3. Verify that the battery is used within its recommended voltage range.
4. Check for any visible damage, such as swelling or leaks, which may indicate internal issues.
5. Confirm that the battery is compatible with your device.

Battery Charges Slowly

1. Ensure the charger is functioning properly and providing the correct voltage.
2. Check for dirty or corroded terminals, which can reduce charging efficiency.
3. Verify the charging environment is within the recommended temperature range (0°C to 45°C).
4. Make sure the charging cable and connectors are in good condition.

Battery Doesn’t Work After Charging

1. Ensure the battery is fully charged (check voltage after charging).
2. Check if the device or system is properly connected to the battery.
3. Confirm that the battery is not in a protection mode due to over-discharge or overcharge.
4. Test the battery with a multimeter to check for proper voltage output.
5. Verify that the battery is compatible with the device or system.

Battery Shows Low Voltage

1. Check if the battery is over-discharged; recharge as needed.
2. Verify that the load is within the battery's rated output capacity.
3. Inspect the battery management system (BMS) for possible issues or resets.
4. Ensure the battery terminals are clean and properly connected.
5. Use a different charger to verify whether the charger is the issue.

Battery Doesn't Power Device Properly

1. Check if the device is drawing more power than the battery can provide.
2. Inspect the device’s battery connections for corrosion or damage.
3. Ensure that the battery voltage is sufficient for the device's power needs.
4. Verify that the device’s battery management system (BMS) is functioning correctly.
5. Test the battery with another compatible device to determine if the issue lies with the battery or device.

Battery is Swollen or Leaking

1. If the battery is swollen, stop using it immediately and disconnect it from the device.
2. Dispose of the battery safely by following local regulations on hazardous materials.
3. Do not attempt to puncture or drain a leaking battery—replace it immediately.
4. Inspect the battery for signs of extreme temperature exposure, which could have caused swelling.
5. Avoid storing lithium batteries in extreme heat or overcharging them to prevent damage.
