Dual-Purpose vs. Deep-Cycle
- Rather than having a starting battery and a deep-cycle battery, the dual-purpose batteries can handle both jobs at the same time and can be used to start the engine and deliver service power for accessories and electronics.
- AGM Battery has 20x more vibration resistance than flooded marine batteries.

Charging
- Need full charge AGM battery when the voltage falls to 12.7V.
- AGM battery storage period at 25℃ is 6 months, generally do not need to recharge the battery in 6 months. Storage for more than 6 months, need to fully charge the battery.
- Use constant voltage 14.4± 0.1V, max current 0.2C₂₀A (C₂₀ is battery rated capacity) charging battery. For example, if the power is 92Ah, use a max current of 18.4A to charge the battery until the current has no change for 2 to 3 hours. But the maximum charging time must not exceed 24 hours.
