Very happy with purchase and shipping, they even gave me a Veterans discount & I ordered on the weekend by Wed I had a new battery at my garage door! Who could complain about that? Packaged very well too. I'm actually happy that there isn't a core charge, my 7 yr old battery is still testing OK just struggling to start the old Cub in the single digit temps we have in N. New England. I'm planning to use it on my generator. Love those handles too. Made the install easier. I can find no reason so far not to continue purchasing my all batteries here. Battery had approx 75% state of charge on arrival read about 12.5vdc no complaints with that either.
I was skeptical of buying from this company but the tire mount/balancer work great! It doesn't seem chincy at all. We had an issue with the rim lock not locking, contacted customer service, they were very responsive, sent a couple videos, we are very happy with our purchase!
