To start a return, please contact us atinquiry@weizeus.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
Important Note:
Used items can only be returned if there are quality issues.
Customers are responsible for processing and shipping costs for both delivery and return if they purchase the wrong product or no longer want it.
Procedure Reminder:
Ensure you request a return before sending back items. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. WEIZE is not liable for the shipping costs incurred by customers returning packages without authorization.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that fall under the following categories are non-returnable:
If the product is defective or damaged, please provide photos or videos to our customer service within 10 days of receiving the goods. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs. Failure to do so within 10 days or a lack of response will make the buyer responsible for any loss.
Return Process:
Upon receiving returned items, we will verify the product's condition within 2-3 business days and initiate a refund within the next 3 business days. We will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund.
Limited Warranty:
WEIZE comes with a 1-year/2-year/5-year/10-year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty is only applicable to original purchasers and starts on the purchase date. It does not extend if the product is repaired or replaced.
The Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repair, external causes beyond our control, or force majeure events (e.g., fire, earthquake, lightning, water damage).

AGM Battery Charging Guidelines
To maintain performance and extend the life of your AGM battery, follow these best practices:
🤔 When to Recharge • Recharge your AGM battery as soon as the voltage drops to 12.7V to keep it at optimal performance. • Storage Life: At 25°C (77°F), the battery can be stored for up to 6 months without charging. • If stored for longer than 6 months, the battery must be fully recharged before use. ⚡ Charging Method • Use a constant voltage of 14.4 ± 0.1V. • Maximum charging current should be 0.2 × C₂₀ (rated capacity). For example: If the battery is rated at 110Ah, the maximum charging current is 21A. • Charge until the current stabilizes for 2 to 3 hours. • ⚠️ Do not exceed 24 hours of continuous charging.

This battery was recommended for campers on a budget. So far no problems with it being defective on delivery. I use a smart charger that automatically stops charging when it detects my battery is full. Only time will tell how many years it will last. Ive read you should never let it get below 50% capacity or else risk shortening its lifespan. Im happy with this purchase.

I use to run my 24V Trolling motor on two 12V lead acid batteries. Mostly because that's what my grandpa used for years, and they use to be significantly cheaper. However there are more and more companies that build Lithium batteries at reasonable cost and offer 10 yr warranties now. Weize being one of them!
Therefore I upgraded my lead acid batteries to Lithium. Even though this is not one of the batteries listed under their "trolling motor" battery section. I bought it for the price and warranty because others said it could be used. I've only had it out one time but it preformed flawlessly! So far it's holding a charge and delivered plenty of power to my trolling motor over our lil 4 hour club tournament. Now I've got test to test it out on a full 8 hour derby or just a full day of fun fishing.
I do wish they would offer a waterproof 24V charger to go with it as maybe a package deal. So far so good.
