At WEIZE, we design LiFePO4 lithium batteries for long-term power, dependable performance, and everyday confidence. This 10-Year Limited Warranty Policy applies specifically to eligible WEIZE LiFePO4 lithium batteries.

This policy is intended to help customers clearly understand what is covered, what is not covered, and how to start a warranty claim.

Warranty Period

Eligible WEIZE LiFePO4 lithium batteries are covered by a 10-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Period: 10 Years / 120 Months

This warranty applies to eligible WEIZE LiFePO4 lithium batteries only. Warranty periods for other WEIZE products may vary. WEIZE LiFePO4 lithium motorcycle batteries, AGM batteries, battery chargers, accessories, and other product categories are subject to their own warranty terms.

Eligible Products

This 10-year limited warranty applies to eligible WEIZE LiFePO4 lithium batteries purchased through WEIZE official or authorized sales channels.

Eligible product categories may include, but are not limited to:

  • 12V LiFePO4 lithium batteries
  • 24V LiFePO4 lithium batteries
  • 36V LiFePO4 lithium batteries
  • 48V / 51.2V LiFePO4 lithium batteries
  • LiFePO4 golf cart batteries
  • LiFePO4 deep cycle batteries
  • LiFePO4 batteries used for RV, marine, solar, off-grid, trolling motor, and home backup applications

Proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty eligibility.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers qualifying defects in materials, workmanship, or performance under normal use and service conditions during the warranty period.

Covered issues may include:

  • Defects related to battery materials
  • Defects related to workmanship
  • Manufacturing-related product failures under normal use
  • Product performance issues verified by WEIZE technical support as qualifying warranty issues

Warranty coverage applies only when the battery has been used, charged, installed, stored, transported, and maintained according to the product manual, product specifications, and recommended operating conditions.

Warranty Solutions

If a WEIZE LiFePO4 battery fails to meet the standards outlined in this Limited Warranty, WEIZE will review the issue through its technical support process.

After inspection and verification, WEIZE may, at its discretion, provide one of the following solutions:

  • Repair
  • Replacement with a new or refurbished unit
  • Refund
  • Partial refund
  • Discount or other support solution

Replacement units will match or exceed the original product’s specifications and rated power when available.

If repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund or partial refund may be issued in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

To start a warranty claim, please contact WEIZE Customer Support and provide the required information for review.

Step 1: Prepare Your Order Information

Please provide:

Step 2: Describe the Issue

Please provide a clear description of the problem, including when the issue started and how the battery was being used.

Step 3: Provide Photos or Videos

To help our support team review your claim, please provide clear photos or videos showing:

  • The battery label
  • Product condition
  • Wiring or installation setup, if applicable
  • Charger or system connection, if applicable
  • The issue being experienced
Step 4: Technical Review

WEIZE Customer Support may request additional information, testing results, photos, videos, or return of the product for inspection.

Step 5: Warranty Solution

Once the issue is reviewed and verified, WEIZE will provide the appropriate warranty solution based on the product condition, warranty period, and this Limited Warranty Policy.

Product Inspection and Verification

All warranty claims are subject to review and verification by WEIZE technical support.

In some cases, the product may need to be returned to WEIZE’s warehouse for inspection. Refunds, replacements, repairs, discounts, or other warranty solutions will only be processed after the issue has been assessed and verified.

Customers should include all required accessories, documents, and packaging when returning a product, if requested. Missing or damaged items may affect the warranty solution.

Product Issue Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

For verified product issues, WEIZE may provide refund or exchange support according to the warranty period and product condition.

Product Issue Refunds

For products purchased within 3 months, WEIZE may provide a 100% refund after review and verification.

For products purchased after 3 months, the refund amount may be calculated as follows:

Product Issue Exchanges

For products purchased within 12 months, WEIZE may provide exchange support after review and verification.

For products purchased after 12 months, the exchange fee may be calculated as follows:

For WEIZE LiFePO4 lithium batteries covered by a 10-year warranty, the total warranty period is 120 months.

Handling Fee

Handling fees may vary based on product weight:

  • Items under 50 lbs: $5
  • 50 lbs to 100 lbs: $10
  • 100 lbs to 150 lbs: $15
  • Over 150 lbs: $20

Personal Reason Returns

For returns due to personal reasons, return eligibility may vary depending on the time since purchase and product condition.

For products purchased within 3 months, return shipping fees will be paid by the buyer.

For products purchased after 3 months, personal reason returns are not accepted.

Returned products should include the original box, product, accessories, manuals, and any included documents. Missing or damaged items may affect refund or replacement eligibility.

Buyer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for understanding the battery’s limitations and using the product correctly.

To maintain warranty eligibility, customers should:

  • Use a compatible LiFePO4 charger or charging system
  • Follow the voltage, current, temperature, and connection limits listed in the product manual
  • Install the battery according to the product instructions
  • Avoid reverse polarity connections
  • Avoid over-discharge, especially during storage
  • Avoid improper series or parallel connections
  • Avoid using undersized batteries for loads beyond the battery’s rated capacity
  • Avoid exposing the product to extreme heat, cold, liquids, contamination, or corrosive environments
  • Avoid mechanical damage from impact, shock, excessive vibration, or improper handling
  • Avoid opening, modifying, dismantling, or repairing the battery without authorization
  • Store and maintain the battery according to the product manual

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Improper installation, use, maintenance, handling, transportation, or storage
  • Failure to follow the product manual, product page instructions, or WEIZE support guidance
  • Use of incompatible chargers, incorrect charging settings, reverse polarity, loose connections, or improper series/parallel wiring
  • Exceeding the battery’s rated voltage, current, temperature, power limits, or using the battery for applications it was not designed for
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, dismantling, tampering, or conversion
  • External damage caused by impact, drops, vibration, water, corrosion, contamination, power surges, lightning, fire, flood, severe weather, or other force majeure events
  • Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or consumable items used during normal operation

Shipping and Additional Information

For orders delivered within the contiguous United States and later forwarded to U.S. islands or international destinations, the buyer assumes responsibility for any return shipping costs.

WEIZE is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If tracking information shows the package was delivered but not received, please report the issue to the shipping carrier. WEIZE Customer Support may assist with further steps when possible.

Order Cancellation

Buyers have a 60-minute window to cancel an order after it has been placed.

If the order has already been shipped or picked up and can no longer be canceled, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to refuse the package upon delivery.
