If your order includes out-of-stock items, the remaining in-stock items will be shipped as soon as the order is paid for. Back-ordered items will be sent to you via ground shipping at no additional charge when the stock is replenished. You can request the order to be shipped in one batch when all items are available.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been shipped, contact our customer service department at inquiry@weizeus.comor call (562)456-0507. We will do our best to assist you in a timely fashion. Special order items and items marked as shipped cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Returned items are subject to restocking fees. WEIZE comes with a 1-year/2-year/5-year/10-year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty is only applicable to original purchasers and starts on the purchase date. It does not extend if the product is repaired or replaced.

Shipping took about 8 days. Item arrived well packaged in a double boxed container with foam all over and it looked solid and durable right out of the box. It only comes with instructions and brackets for server rack mount.
Wires not included. I purchased a set of 1/0 cables since it was the only size big enough to fit in the battery terminals.
So far batteries are working properly I currently have them on my solar system. I have a total of four batteries.

Purchased 3, 12 batteries to replace my 6, 6 volt batteries for my Duffy pontoon boat. These batteries are great, l saved 270 pounds of weight right off the top.
