WEIZE has enough confidence in our LiFePO4 Lithium Battery that there will be no defects in material and workmanship within 10 years.
Our warranty applies to orders within the United States. If there is an issue with your battery, please contact us at inquiry@weizeus.com with pictures or videos of the product so that we can better understand the situation.
Warranty of Battery
For the issue of product defects, we will give: a) free repair or replacement; b) refund or partial refund according to the problem
For non-product defects, we will negotiate with you to give a solution, which of course requires a certain fee

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the LiFePO4 deep cycle battery during the warranty period defined below
What is not covered by this warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modification; (f) ) unauthorized repairs; (g) normal wear and tear; (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other acts or events beyond our reasonable control
