If your order includes out-of-stock items, the remaining in-stock items will be shipped as soon as the order is paid for. Back-ordered items will be sent to you via ground shipping at no additional charge when the stock is replenished. You can request the order to be shipped in one batch when all items are available.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been shipped, contact our customer service department at inquiry@weizeus.comor call (562)456-0507. We will do our best to assist you in a timely fashion. Special order items and items marked as shipped cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Returned items are subject to restocking fees. These batteries are high quality. I have ordered a couple now, and have pustthem to the limits. Most batteries inhave tried have lasted a couple of months and crashed. I am pleased and will order more real soon for orher vehicles I own. The price is the best part and spot on on advertising.
I have these batteries installed but really have not used them. The photos on Weize site shows them with black and red caps over the battery terminal bolts, but I did not get such caps. Would be nice if I did.
I am using these LTTLI-12100AH group 24 batteries in an RV, each one for a different power system. They arrived quickly and in good condition. Very light weight compared to lead acid type. I hope they last as long as they claim.
